All eligible fashion items are covered by a 30-day quality assurance warranty starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing or production defects
- Loose seams, stitching errors, or construction flaws
- Faulty zippers, buttons, clasps, or closures
- Fabric defects or imperfections present upon arrival
- Incorrect item, size, color, or variant received
- Damage incurred during shipping
If your issue falls under any of the above categories, we will offer an appropriate solution in line with this policy.
2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The following situations are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered by this warranty:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by washing, drying, steaming, or ironing
- Shrinking, fading, stretching, or pilling due to normal wear or care
- Stains from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or personal care products
- Accidental damage such as tears, holes, burns, or pulled threads
- Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or alterations
- Items returned with strong odors (smoke, perfume, chemicals, etc.)
- Final sale or clearance items, where stated on the product page
These issues are not classified as quality defects.

4. Approved Warranty Solutions
If your warranty claim is approved, one of the following solutions will be offered:

5. Warranty Timeframe
